2. Valhalla's, while serving the general gaming public as a fully stocked retail store has many other unique aspects that may not be familiar to the average consumer. In order to get the maximum benefit from "Valhalla's Game Center" please read through this In Store Policy first.

Conveniently located northwest of downtown Denver, the facility is a few blocks south of I-70 between Sheridan and Wadsworth, allowing for easy access off the highway from any part of the metro area.

• From West bound I-70
  Exit Harlan St.
  Turn *left* at stop sign, onto 48th St (westbound).
  Turn left onto Harlan St. at the stop light.
  Turn right on 44th Ave.
  Go 1/2 block and Valhalla's is on the right, next to the Lakeside Academy.

  Exit Sheridan/Harlan.

1. Valhalla's Game Center has extended hours beyond the average retail hobby store in order to give each enthusiast Maximum Enjoyment Potential (MEP).  We are open every day.
   
   
2. Hours of Operations:

   Sunday - 10AM to 6PM

   Monday - Noon to 10PM

   Tuesday - Noon to 10PM

   Wednesday - Noon to 10PM

   Thursday - Noon to 10PM

   Friday - Noon to Midnight

   Saturday - 10AM to Midnight

    

3. Valhalla's Game Center is available for special events, club meetings or extended hours when pre-approved. See section 8 - "Booking Events" for further details or ask to speak to Thor.

1. Our goal is to be the best supplier as possible of gaming and other related material. Any product that we do not have in stock will be special ordered upon request. If you have something really hard to find, look for Thor for the best help.
   
2. There's no obligation to the customer to purchase any special order if upon inspection they decide they do not want the product.
   
3. Special orders over $100.00 must have a 30% deposit.
   
4. Special orders will be held for 2 weeks after the customer has been contacted.

1. "Valhalla's Game Center" is commited to giving our customers the best price possible while maintaining a healthy, profitable business.
   Following is a list of our standard discount policies.
   
2. 10% Club Member Discount. Any gaming club that can show valid proof of existence (membership card, pre-approved membership list on file, etc.) will automatically receive a 10% discount on all non-sale items.
   
3. Any purchase of $100.00 or more will automatically receive a 10% discount on all non-sale items. This includes multiple purchases of lesser amounts, by retaining each receipt and redeeming a total of $100.00 or more for a 10% discount.
   
4. Case price on most CCG's (boosters, decs, etc.) receive a 20% discount.
   
5. Certain special items such as sale items or case prices can not be discounted further.

1. "Valhalla's Game Center" is a place of heroes, people who have learned that might does not make right, that honor and integrity cannot be purchased or won in a game and that respect is earned not given. Gaming can be as exhilarating an experience as any other form of competition. Like its namesake, "Valhalla's" warriors engage in mortal combat where your opponent can become a hated foe but come the next day all enmity is gone as once again these eternal champions embrace one another in the brotherhood (and sisterhood) of steel, a bond of respect shared in the joy of the contests of skill.
   
   
2. Players at all times will conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike fashion.
   
   
3. Winning and losing graciously will earn you respect from your enemies.
   
   
4. Helping those who are less knowledgeable, unskilled or seeking advice will gain you and your family honor.
   
   
5. Stopping yourself and others from taking what is not theirs and they did not earn will give you integrity, more pride in your accomplishments and an unwavering trust from others.
   
   
6. Politely intervening for those who are unjustly bullied will give you more friends and a stronger spirit.
   
   
7. No abusive language -- profanity will not be tolerated.
   
   
8. Smoking is prohibited in the facility.
   
   
9. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
   
   
10. Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be escorted from the facility.
    
    
11. Any criminal activity will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
    
    
12. Valhalla's reserves the right to remove any player during the course of events for any activity deemed unacceptable such as aggressive or abusive behavior to other players, excessive noise, sexual harassment or anti-social behavior.
    
    
13. No unpurchased retail product will be allowed in the event area and all gaming materials and containers such as book, bags, boxes, etc. may be inspected by store personnel.
    
    
14. All entry and exit from Valhalla's will be from the front door only. Do not use the side door or dock door.
    
    
15. Lockers are located throughout the facility for the security and comfort of all players. You may obtain a lock free of charge by leaving a valid drivers license or major credit card with the staff or you may use your own lock by leaving a second key with the staff. Any locker secured outside of these rules will be cut off and all contents will become the property of "Valhalla's Game center".

1. The following regulations are designed to give Maximum Enjoyment Potential (MEP) to all players and coordinators when using our facility.

   Valhalla's Game Center Special Events & Tournaments Rules and Submissions

   1. The goal of Valhalla's Game Center is to provide a wide range of hobby related products as well as top quality space to the gaming community of Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region to use in the play, enjoyment and propagation of games and the hobby in general. An unprecedented portion of our facility totalling over 3,000 sq. feet is open Free of Charge to host special events, tournaments, promotions, LARPS, grand show piece games or any other similar projects. In order to insure a quality experience for our patrons, a fair booking arrangement for all individuals, clubs or organizations and properly schedule the myriad events through out the year, the following rules and submission form has been devised. Thank you for your patronage and good gaming.
      
      
   2. Application must be completely filled out and submitted to Valhalla's Game Center 30 days prior to event date to better assure reservation of space. Application form that is submitted online will get a confirmation by email.
      
      
   3. Club Use of the facility is very much encouraged. Book tournaments or events by submitting a reservation form; Valhalla's Game Center will permanently secure the dates and times for your club meetings so that club can enjoy quality tables and space, and of course increased exposure for new members.

1. Winning at Valhalla's Game Center is easy as we offer a one of a kind facility, dedicated and friendly staff, a wide and ever growing selection of hobby related products and a goal to see everyone get the Maximum Enjoyment Potential (MEP) out of the hobby.
   
   
2. Go to Valhalla's and say "I Come To Game". Each time you say this or participate in an exciting game, gain one MEPP - Maximum Enjoyment Potential Point.
   
   
3. When you accumulate your predetermined number of MEPP, you win. Please note that each player determines his or hers own level of MEPP and we highly suggest that victory levels be set at 1,000 or more to insure a long full life of comradeship and fun.
